From 5 to Over 35 Sales.

But as mentioned, first the agent must be aligned with our mission and have the drive and hunger to pursue this opportunity. 

How much time is needed to develop a six figure career?

That's a good question. The answer depends on the agent's drive and devotion and of course their ability to be coachable and follow through with action. This journey to six figures income can take minimum 18 months if you can devote at least 30 hours a week (5 hours X 6 days a week). 

How much money is needed to start and become successful?

First of all you'll need to have enough money set aside to support yourself through the learning process and until you start closing deals, normally 6 months. So your cost of living X 6 months equals the amount of money you'll need in order to begin. 

Second, you'll also need money to pay for your license, MLS fees, board fees, monthly fees and E&O insurance. Here you're looking at around $3,000 a year. 

Third, you'll need money for marketing. I am talking about postcards, business cards, signage, social media advertising etc. The budget varies depending on how intense your marketing effort are. You can also start without the marketing, but you'll need to be willing to participate in daily prospecting and door knocking.  

Do I need to know anyone in order to start building a six figure income?

Yes. The more people you have on your sphere of influence list, the faster you'll begin to make money and the more sales you'll be able to close. Knowing people and developing relationships is a key component to making six figures and beyond. You should try to get at least 500 people on your list as soon as possible. 

What if I don't know anyone?

Well, if you just moved into a new area and you don't know anyone, you'll need to buy leads (there are many ways to buy leads and many different types of leads) and begin prospecting. I am talking about making cold contacts and have money set aside for marketing. In addition you should devote time to learn phone skills to call people and go out door knocking homes and local businesses in your area. It will be a serious grind but you can make a fortune doing it. I did it myself. 

What is the training like?

We offer an online recorded library you'll need to watch and do work assignments. In addition we have recorded group coaching sessions on our YouTube channel covering endless topics, watching these sessions is also a crucial part of your training.

Every quarter we do live training sessions on many different topics, the sales language mastery, the listing presentation, handling objections, working with buyers, prospecting and more. 

Role playing club is a major component of skill development. You will need to practice daily with different agents to help improve your phone skills, your presentations and your objection handling skills.

Expect to invest at least 2 hours a day training, and do it every day for the first 6 months. Then you will reduce to 1 hour a day ongoing. Learning and training is a huge part of becoming successful. 

Do I need to get any tools and technology?

At Circle100 we provide our agents with the KvCore platform, the best technology in the real estate industry.
